EAA Chapter 1027 sponsored the Willits Airport Day. From Chapter 393 was Harvard Holmes and Nat Kingsley (Mooney);
Harry Heckman and Bob Belshe (Lancair), and Bruce Seguine and his wife (experimental Swift).
Bruce and his Swift got a prize for best workmanship.
There was a California Dept. of Forestry Firefighting plane on display, helicopter rides, Stearman rides, model airplane demonstrations, and hangar snooping for entertainment. The weather was great and a fun time was had by all.
